Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome

Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome

Why do some people get sick from consuming Cannabis? Doctors call it Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome (CHS) because they don’t understand Cannabis and blame it for the problems these patients display. Typically vomiting, abdominal cramping and nausea.

We know several people who have been diagnosed with this syndrome and Doctors say “Stay away from Cannabis that’s your problem.” I disagree and believe it is from the carriers in the vapes and chemicals/pesticides used by LPs and Black Market growers that leave residues in the cannabis that cause these issues.

As Medical Cannabis Growers we do not use chemicals or pesticides in growing our cannabis. When people affected by CHS consume our cannabis, NONE of the symptoms appear. Our fertilizer is 100% natural and we do not use chemicals, pesticides, or additives so that our medical cannabis is as pure as can be.

So I state that “CHS is caused by consuming chemicals/pesticides used in growing Cannabis, not from the Cannabis itself.”

For people who are suffering from “CHS” follow your Doctors orders and stop consuming cannabis. Your Legal Cannabis Retailer or Black Market provider want to move product, they do not care about the person who consumes it. This is why we recommend that people grow their own cannabis.

In Alberta you can grow 4 plants without a license (property owner must consent) indoors. With an average of 150 grams per plant, you could grow 600 grams of cannabis every 4 months. At the Cannabis Green Team, we teach people how to do this and provide free phenotyped clones for them to start. Contact us to find out more.
